Q. Where can I find a rep code?

A. In the Facebook VIP group! Just scroll down some and you will find one soon.

Q. What is the current turn around time?

A. The current TAT is 21 BUSINESS DAYS. With the exception of RTS items they will be shipped within three business days.

Q. Do you offer Sezzle?

A. Sezzle is offered.

Q. What is your refund policy?

A. I do not give refunds unless there is an issue on my end. Examples would be if I didn’t meet TAT, there is an imperfection in the garment before it leaves my door, I send a different size than ordered.

Q. My package arrived damaged. What should I do?

A. If you purchased shipping insurance you should make a claim with USPS. As much as I wish I could hand deliver ever package it’s just not feasible. Once USPS picks up the packages I am no longer responsible for what happens to them. I do everything in my power to try to make sure if something does happen to the package the items inside have a fighting chance to stay clean and intact. But again, once they leave my house everything is out of my control.

Q. Will my clothing item shrink while it’s being laundered?

A. I pre-wash all of my fabric to try to avoid shrinkage and bleeding. Although I do this there is still always a small chance it could happen unfortunately. Me pre-washing my fabric is another reason why I suggest washing everything before your child wears them. Every persons skin sensitivity and sense of smell is different and what I use may not be a preference for someone else.

Q. How should I wash my B+B items?

A. Items, such as clothing and swaddles, you can wash in the washing machine with like colors in cool/warm water. Then, tumble dry or hang dry. While others, such as dolls and bows, will be spot clean only.

Q. My little one out grew their clothes or no longer plays with dolls what do I do now?

A. There will be a pinned post where members can B/S/T their B&B items. As the group grows, a Buggy&Bean B/S/T group may be made to make everything easier.

Q. I ordered the wrong size. Am I allowed to size up/down?

A. Unfortunately, no. It messes with production trying to remember who requested a change. let’s say you actually ordered a NB when you needed a 2T. If I were to do that I would have to send you an invoice for the price difference and then there may not be enough fabric left for the person who ordered the right size two minutes after you placed your order. It’s just too much of a hassle. You are always welcome to take advantage of the B/S/T thread though.

Q. How much is shipping?

A. Normally shipping will be $5 but during the holidays shipping prices rise so from October 15th to January 15th every year shipping will be $8.

Q. Is there ever smoke or pets near my items?

A. All items are made in a smoke free, pet free environment.
