Replacement and refunds
I spend quality time on each and every product to make sure that they are perfect. I pride myself on never sending out a product that I wouldn't be happy receiving.
However, if you ever receive a product that you are unhappy with, please message me. I will do everything in my power to right the situation. I will happily replace your items or refund you, assuming the criteria below is met.
//Shipping for replacements (both ways) and for returned items will be your responsibility.
//Refunds will only be issued once all items have been returned in the same condition you received them. (Shipping will not be refunded. Ever.)
//Items must be shipped back to B&B within 5 BUSINESS DAYS to be eligible for refunds or replacements.
//All products must be unworn/unused to qualify for a refund.
//Refunds WILL NOT be granted for items that are damaged during shipping or were damaged by buyer.
//Refunds WILL NOT be granted for items that are ordered in the wrong size.
//Refunds and replacements will not be issued for lost, damaged, or stolen packages. You may choose to purchase insurance for your package if you would like.
